AthleteX AI ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI coaching platform for gyms, personal trainers, and their clients. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built AthleteX AI to help coaches and athletes work together more effectively, and we treat the data behind that relationship with care.
We use your data to provide and improve the coaching services delivered through the app — syncing wearable metrics to your dashboard, generating AI-assisted nutrition and performance insights, enabling communication between coaches and clients, and sending relevant notifications and alerts. We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to delivering these services.
We do not sell your personal data or wearable/health data to third parties. Data may be shared with service providers (such as our hosting and infrastructure providers) strictly to operate the app, under agreements that limit their use of your data to that purpose.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
